Hassle Free Returns
Defective or Damaged
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective, or damaged during shipping, Satellite Radio Experts will provide you a full refund or replacement product within 30 days of purchase date. For items older than 30 days from date of purchase, please communicate directly with the product manufacturer.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA number and instructions prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise sent to us without an RMA number may be refused and returned to you. Click Here to send an email to CS@GoSiriusXM.com
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges regardless of the reason. Customer may use the shipper of their choice and is also responsible for obtaining insurance and tracking information. Returns must arrive at our facility within 10 days of the date the RMA was issued.

All sales of professional installation cards or XM Satellite Radio pre-paid subscription cards are FINAL and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


Unopened Merchandise
If you would like to return an unopened item within 30 days of purchase, Click Here to send an email to Customer Service to request an RMA. As soon as we receive the item back, you will be given a full credit less the cost of shipping**. Items older than 30 days from date of purchase will not be accepted.

** On orders that received flat rate or free shipping, Satellite Radio Experts will deduct the actual "out-of-pocket" shipping costs prior to issuing the credit. For many items, this amount will be more than the flat rate you were originally charged.



Opened Merchandise

If you would like to return an item within 30 days of purchase that is not damaged or defective, but that you have opened, Satellite Radio Experts will deduct a 25% restocking fee and actual "out-of-pocket" shipping costs prior to issuing the credit. Even though you have opened the product, it must be returned in original packaging with all manuals, parts, & accessories.



Ordered the wrong item

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, then the exact same policies apply from above for "Unopened Merchandise" and "Opened Merchandise".
 
International Customers

Please Read Carefully
All of the above policies apply to orders shipped outside of the United States. Additionally, when selecting a shipping method, additional brokerage, duty or customs fees may be due and payable by the customer.
