Satellite Radio Experts takes great care in packaging your merchandise so you receive it in excellent condition. Shortly after receiving your order, we review it for accuracy and prepare it for shipment according to your specifications. If you take advantage of our "Flat Rate" or "Free Shipping" options, your order receives the same care and attention as a customer that chooses express delivery. When choosing "Flat Rate" or "Free Shipping", we ship via either UPS or United States Postal Service, whichever is more cost effective and time efficient. Many orders ship the same day you order. ALL orders ship in no greater than 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). |

A quick glance at the map below will tell you how many BUSINESS days it will take your GROUND package to arrive once it ships from our Connecticut facility.
When upgrading your shipping method, remember to exclude weekends and holidays. Example: If an order is placed at 1:00 PM on Friday and "UPS Next Day Air" is selected as a shipping option, the order will arrive at its destination on Tuesday because your order will ship on Monday.
Important: Remember that the DAY AFTER your order ships is DAY 1. We ship many orders the same day you place your order, but all orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to paying for EXPRESS Shipping. |
